1. Agreement to these Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to VidCheap, its website, creator tools, models, generated media, and related services (the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live. You must provide accurate information, safeguard your account, and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorized use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. The Services
VidCheap provides access to AI video-generation capabilities supplied by A2E and third-party model and infrastructure providers. Models, limits, credit costs, processing times, and features may change. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services.
4. Inputs and outputs
You may submit prompts, images, and other materials (“Inputs”) and receive generated videos and related materials (“Outputs”). You retain rights you hold in Inputs and grant us a limited license to host, transmit, reproduce, moderate, and process Inputs as needed to provide and secure the Services. You are responsible for having all necessary rights and permissions.
5. AI limitations
Outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, non-unique, or unsuitable for a particular use. Similar outputs may be generated for others. You must review Outputs before relying on, sharing, or publishing them and are responsible for complying with laws, platform rules, and third-party rights.
6. Acceptable use and safety
You may not use VidCheap for unlawful, abusive, exploitative, sexually explicit, deceptive, infringing, privacy-invasive, or malicious content; impersonation without authorization; non-consensual intimate content; sexual content involving minors or persons presented as minors; evasion of safeguards; malware; system probing; or conduct that harms another person. All creation requests are subject to NSFW and safety filtering.
7. Content moderation
We may automatically inspect Inputs, block requests, withhold Outputs, limit access, or suspend accounts to enforce these Terms and protect users, providers, and the public. Safety systems are imperfect and do not transfer responsibility for your Inputs or Outputs to VidCheap. Attempts to bypass moderation may result in termination.
8. Credits and announced packages
Credits measure use of the Services and are consumed according to the selected model and settings. The pricing page currently describes planned packages only; purchasing is not yet active on VidCheap. Before sales launch, we will publish applicable payment methods, taxes, expiration, refund, and billing rules.
9. Third-party services
The Services may use Google for authentication and A2E or other providers for models, storage, security, and infrastructure. Third-party services may have separate terms and technical limitations. We are not responsible for their independent services or availability.
10. Intellectual property
VidCheap branding, site software, design, and documentation are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no rights to our technology or branding are granted.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access for violations, fraud, security or legal risk, abusive load, or interference with the Services. Provisions that should survive termination, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits, will survive.
12. Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES AND OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, AND RELIABILITY.
13. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VIDCHEAP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US$100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID THROUGH VIDCHEAP IN THE THREE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT.
14. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions or legal notices may be sent to contact@vidcheap.com. Do not email passwords, authentication tokens, payment credentials, or sensitive media.
