1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how VidCheap handles personal information when you visit the site, authenticate, create videos, request support, or otherwise use the Services. It does not govern third parties’ independent privacy practices.
2. Information you provide
We process account details, support messages, prompts, uploaded images, selected settings, and other content you choose to submit. Do not provide personal information or media that you are not authorized to process.
3. Google login
When you sign in with Google, we receive your verified email and Google account identifier. VidCheap creates a signed local session cookie and does not create an A2E account or retain Google access tokens after login.
4. Account and usage information
We process your Google account identifier, email, task identifiers, model choices, request settings, processing status, and generated-result locations to provide the creator and recent-creations views.
5. Technical information
Our infrastructure may collect IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring page, timestamps, request identifiers, routes, response status, security signals, and diagnostic logs. Cloudflare and upstream infrastructure may process this information to deliver and protect the Services.
6. How we use information
We use information to authenticate users; upload and process Inputs; generate and return Outputs; display balances and history; enforce safety rules; detect abuse, fraud, and incidents; provide support; debug and improve reliability; comply with law; and protect our users, providers, and rights.
7. Safety review
All VidCheap creation requests are subject to automated NSFW and safety filtering. Prompts and uploaded images may be analyzed by moderation systems. Requests classified as violating policy may be blocked and associated security records may be retained to prevent abuse.
8. Providers and disclosure
We disclose information as necessary to Cloudflare, Google, A2E, model providers, storage and security providers, support vendors, professional advisers, and authorities where required by valid law or necessary to protect rights and safety. We may disclose information in connection with a business financing, reorganization, merger, or asset transfer.
9. International processing
Providers and servers may be located outside your country, where privacy laws differ. Where required, appropriate transfer safeguards are used. Avoid submitting unnecessary confidential or sensitive information.
10. Cookies
We use essential Secure, HttpOnly cookies to validate OAuth state and maintain your signed VidCheap login session. They are necessary for authentication and are not used for advertising. Clearing these cookies signs you out.
11. Retention
OAuth state expires after approximately ten minutes and the VidCheap login cookie after approximately thirty days. Account records, Inputs, Outputs, usage, moderation, and diagnostic information are retained only as reasonably needed for service delivery, retrieval, security, support, accounting, and legal obligations. Provider retention periods may differ.
12. Security
We use encrypted transport, secret-bound credentials, HttpOnly cookies, server-side token handling, restricted proxy routes, access controls, and monitoring. No system is completely secure. Contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account use.
13. Your rights and choices
You may sign out, clear cookies, stop using VidCheap, or contact contact@vidcheap.com to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability where applicable. We may verify your identity and retain exempt information required for security or law.
14. Children and changes
VidCheap is not directed to children under 18 or the legal age of majority, and we do not knowingly collect their information. We may update this Policy and will publish a revised date. Privacy questions may be sent to contact@vidcheap.com.
